Only the licensed owner of CSLB License #1057297, along with properly authorized employees or subcontractors working directly under this license, is permitted to:

• Advertise or market services as CABALLEROS ROOFING
   
• Solicit roofing work under the CABALLEROS ROOFING name
   
• Perform roofing services represented as CABALLEROS ROOFING
   
• Use the CABALLEROS ROOFING name, branding, or license number in any form
   

CABALLEROS ROOFING does not authorize any individual, contractor, family member, or third party to use its business name or CSLB license number for:

• Side jobs or independent work
   
• Business cards, flyers, websites, or advertisements
   
• Invoices, estimates, or contracts
   
• Any representation suggesting affiliation or permission
   

Any such use without written authorization is not affiliated with CABALLEROS ROOFING and is considered unauthorized and unlawful.

CABALLEROS ROOFING is not responsible for work performed, representations made, or agreements entered into by unauthorized individuals using its name or CSLB license number without permission.

Clients are encouraged to verify contractor licensing directly through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and may contact CABALLEROS ROOFING directly to confirm whether a person or entity is authorized to represent the company.

Unauthorized use of the CABALLEROS ROOFING name or CSLB License #1057297 may be reported to the California Contractors State License Board and addressed through appropriate legal channels.

 Written authorization must come directly from the owner of CABALLEROS ROOFING.
